Bozeman Police Department appeals to the public for help in locating missing woman

Bozeman, Montana – The Bozeman Police Department is conducting an extensive search for 34-year-old Megan Ashley Stedman, who has been missing since December 15. The authorities are concerned regarding her safety, as her disappearance may involve suspicious circumstances. Megan was last seen in the Bozeman/Livingston area.

Megan is described as being of African American/Native American descent, 5-foot-7 in height, and weighing 195 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. There are no known distinctive marks like tattoos mentioned in her description, which might have made it easier to identify her.

According to the Bozeman Police Department, Megan is associated with a 1973 tan motorhome. This vehicle, with Washington license plates 187 WJY, is noticeable due to its obvious damage on the rear driver’s side.

The Bozeman Police Department has issued an appeal to the public, urging anyone with information about Megan or her whereabouts to come forward. Detective Sergeant King is the primary contact for this case and can be reached at 406-582-2242. Alternatively, information can be provided to the Bozeman Police Department at their main line, 406-582-2000.
